Recruitment Agency Policy

Triple Star Fire and Security Limited engages recruitment agencies only on a planned basis and strictly through a proactive, preferred-supplier arrangement. As such, agencies must not contact us on a speculative basis. We do not accept unsolicited CVs, cold calls, sales approaches, or marketing communications from recruitment agencies.

Any CVs, candidate profiles, or related information submitted to Triple Star Fire and Security Limited without a prior written agreement in place shall be deemed to have been provided entirely voluntarily and free of charge. In these circumstances:

• Such submissions will be treated as unsolicited gifts.
• Triple Star Fire and Security Limited reserves the absolute right to contact, engage, or employ the candidate directly without any obligation whatsoever in respect of agency fees or other charges.
• No terms and conditions attached to unsolicited submissions—whether communicated verbally, embedded within the CV, or otherwise—shall be valid, binding, or enforceable against Triple Star Fire and Security Limited.

Recruitment agencies wishing to work with us must obtain prior written authorisation from Triple Star Fire and Security Limited confirming their appointment as an approved supplier. Only in such cases will we consider CVs and only under the terms agreed in writing.
